Abstract:
The article looks at the functioning of synsemantic units of different language levels, analyzing different approaches to synsemantism and summarizing features of synsemantic constructions at the phonemic, morphemic and syntactic levels. It also contrasts synsematism and autosematism, offers a definition of synsematism, and establishes its types.
