Abstract:
The article discusses causative-consecutive connections used by the participants of television debates held within presidential and vice-presidential election campaigns. The paper includes a classification of these causative links from the point of view of their correlation with reality, temporal qualities, regularity, qualitative-quantitative specifications, and causative effect direction.
