Abstract:

The article outlines theoretical provisions for improving the quality of foreign language teaching in higher education institutions and discusses issues related to the design of the learning process, the selection of its content, and the development of pedagogical conditions that contribute to its effectiveness. It concludes by reflecting on the pedagogical potential of teaching a foreign language at a technical university.
