Author’s name:

Abstract:

The article analyzes modern German words whose semantic structure contains positive evaluation of a person, laying a special emphasis on semantic, morphological, and syntactic means of expressing meliorativeness in the German language. It also considers possibilities of structuring those lexical items of positive anthropocentric nomination, used to characterize a person, within the system of the language.
