Abstract:
The article looks at the linguistic component of P.A. Florenskiy’s creative heritage with a specific emphasis on his onomatopoetic ideas and seeks to establish correlative relations between linguistic ideas and principles of linguistic studies in P.A. Florenskiy’s and A.A. Potebnya’s thematic works. P.A. Florenskiy’s and A.A. Potebnya’s key ideas are the principle of linguistic antinomy, the idea of complementarities, the conception of linguistic active nature, and the idea of linguistic isomorphism.
