Abstract:
The article deals with simple sentences in which concessive semantics is represented by means of dangling adverbial modifiers and attributes. It specifically looks at structural-semantic peculiarities of conjunctional structures with homogeneous parts of sentences and secondary predicative binding, and analyzes sentences in which the meaning of concession is expressed by the particle “though”.
