Abstract:
The article concentrates on the problem of the linguistic norm in contemporary Russian from the point of view of its value basis, looked upon through the notions of the Dialogue and Dialogism, as they are interpreted in Mikhail Bakhtin’s works. The paradigm of Mikhail Bakhtin’s philosophy of the Dialogue makes it possible to detach the tendency of democratization and strengthening of the outer polyphony with respect to the linguistic norm from the tendency to lose true dialogism in relations between the author and the recipient.
