Abstract:

The article examines the phenomenon of “non-fiction literature,” which represents a hybrid novel genre, combining elements of fiction with authentic historical documents, and referentiality with the author’s imagination. This particular piece of research focuses on Andreï Makine, a contemporary French writer, whose works evolve from a classical novel to non-fiction prose.
